REFUNDS

Our policy is valid for 90 days. Unfortunately, if 90 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.
To return an item, you must present your receipt or proof of purchase.
There are some situations where only partial refunds will be given: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
* Any item returned more than 90 days after delivery.
Any refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. The company will also inform the insured of the decision to accept or deny the claim.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be made to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Please contact your credit card company as there may be a delay before your refund is officially sent.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@joliveden.com.
Exchange (if applicable)
We will only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@joliveden.com and we will inform you of the replacement procedure.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to the customer, the customer will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and deliver it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and let them know that you returned the item.

The shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
